Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel you order, however, there is no guarantee we’ll be able to cancel it in time. Whether or not we can cancel your order is dependant on what stage your order has reached in shipping process. If your order hasn’t yet been prepared for shipping, we might still be able to cancel it. As products come from other warehouses, if the order has been processed or shipped then we will not be able to cancel your order.
Can I pay in instalments?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible for procedural reasons.
Will my bike arrive fully built and ready to ride?
The bicycles sold through our website will arrive semi-assembled in manufacturers packaging, and will require some assembly when they arrive. This helps to lower prices and helps to ensure that your products arrive safely and in top-class condition.
